Blank Center of Entrepreneurship: runs co-curricular programs and research initiatives for entrepreneurship
- Butler Venture Accelerator: provides workspace, peer-mentoring programs, expert advisors, etc. for students who are working on start-ups
- B.E.T.A. Challenge: a competition for Babson undergraduate, graduate, and alumni businesses that have “achieved major milestones by taking action.” The grand prize is $20,000 in cash plus donations from corporate sponsors.
- Rocket Pitches: an annual event where Babson students have three minutes and three PowerPoint slides to pitch their business ideas to students, faculty, entrepreneurs, investors, and service providers.
- Summer Venture Program: a 10-week intensive experience designed to accelerate the development of student entrepreneurial ventures; students are provided with housing, workspace, advisors, a speaker series, and other resources.
FoodSol: “an action tank for food entrepreneurs of all kinds,” FoodSol provides numerous resources for food-related ventures at Babson and in the community; some of these are Community Table, which is a weekly conversation on various topics in food entrepreneurship, and Quick Service Incubator, in which Babson food startups pitch their business challenges to an audience of students, entrepreneurs, and community members, and receive feedback.
Babson Social Innovation Lab: an action tank for social entrepreneurs at Babson, providing resources and programs for ventures that are dedicated to building a better world through responsible business.
