I encourage you to visit VerbalCare’s website, and read on to learn about the company that “gives a voice to the voiceless.” You can also check out their TechGen page here!
We’re not stopping until we’re the voice of every patient. It’s really important that patients are empowered and take ownership of their ability to communicate: we see time and time again how difficult it can be to navigate this continuum of care, and we really want to make it easy. So until we’re helping every patient communicate more effectively with their healthcare providers, we’re not going to stop.
I try to empower people to make their own decisions. We have a really strong team, and I want them to feel comfortable that they’re providing value. My goal is to empower and champion the members of my team, but it’s for them to say whether or not I’m doing that, or whether or not I’m doing a good job.
The team members I bring on are people who can execute and deliver great work. Every person I bring on I want to be smarter than me. It’s my goal to be the dumbest person in the room, and that’s what contributes to the company’s success.
